Farm House Memories - 34 oz Papa Candle

I am very dissatisfied with these candles. I have lit two of them and they are not burning. The wicks burn down and go out leaving me with no wick to burn. I bought three candles and was excited to burn them in my home.
I would love to hear back from someone to either get replacement candles or a refund.
