If something's not right, we're here to help. Here's how returns work at A Cheerful Giver.

The Basics

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. The candle needs to be unused and unburned - but don't worry about the original packaging. We know boxes get tossed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method (the credit card you used to order).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrived broken or defective, let us know right away. We give these cases priority handling and will make it right as fast as possible.

Want a Different Scent?

We don't do direct exchanges, but here's the easy workaround: start a return for the candle you have, and place a new order for the scent you want. Your refund will process as soon as we get the return back.
