I actually messaged your customer service team asking if you offer refunds, I was so disappointed in the scent. It smelled like cough medicine to me, very synthetic and odd. DO you give refunds?

My candles look and smell really good except the one that I was looking forward to, (cranberry orange) smells like cinnamon. I'm wondering if it was labeled wrong?
